Cancellation Policy
Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to LashDoll, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. A $30 deposit is required to book all appointments and is non-refundable. Deposits are non refundable regardless of cancelling or rescheduling. Please choose a date and time that works best for you. If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before, the deposit will move with your appointment. Less than 48 hours will result in 50% cancellation fee, a forfeited deposit and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.
